Transparency ledger
Every batch of usage records is committed to a two-level Merkle tree and its root anchored on-chain in an append-only ledger. Once anchored, a turn's one-way fingerprint and its billing can't be rewritten without breaking a proof you can check. We only ever anchor hashes — never your content.
