Anteriora is sold by InferRoute SAS, a French simplified joint-stock company (SASU) with a share capital of €1, registered with the Paris trade and companies register (RCS) under number 107 490 492, whose registered office is at 1 rue de Chazelles, 75017 Paris, France. Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card statement shows “INFERROUTE”.

Anteriora is software that searches registered trademarks and patents for you, on your computer and in a sealed machine, and helps you write up what it found. You can buy single searches (a name check, or an invention search) or a subscription that gives a monthly allowance of them. What each item contains is described on your account page before you pay.

It is a search tool, not legal advice. It does not tell you whether a name is free to use or whether an invention can be patented, and its results can be incomplete: registers change, some are not covered, and similar marks or documents can be missed. Before you file, launch or invest on the strength of a result, have a trademark or patent attorney check it.

Prices are in euros and are the full amount you pay. You pay when you order. Single searches you buy do not expire. An invention search covers one matter, with as many sessions as you need for 30 days from its first use.

A subscription renews automatically each month, or each year if you chose yearly billing, until you cancel it. Its allowance starts again with each period and does not carry over. Each seat covers three devices.

You can cancel at any time from your account page (“Manage or cancel”). A cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid; you keep the allowance until then, and you are not charged again. To change the number of seats or your plan, write to support@inferroute.ai.

If you buy as a consumer in the European Union, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a contract. Anteriora is digital content and a digital service supplied at once. At checkout you ask for it to be available immediately and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once you use it.

Until you have used what you bought (started the search or name check it pays for), you may withdraw within 14 days of purchase by writing to support@inferroute.ai, and you will be refunded in full.

If a search you paid for fails and cannot be completed, write to support@inferroute.ai and it will be restored to your account or refunded. Your legal rights as a consumer are not affected by these terms.

Liability is limited to the amount you paid for the search or subscription period concerned, except where the law does not allow such a limit (for example for intent or gross negligence).

What you describe to Anteriora stays yours. It is used only to run your searches; how it is kept private is explained on the transparency page.

These terms are governed by French law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim before its courts.
